Pakistan National Cricket Team Vs Bangladesh National Cricket Team Matches: It looked like the game was titled to a tame draw, but things sprung to life when Bangladesh increased a considerable 117-run principal. The surface had played exceptionally well till the last but one day, but there was sufficient wear and tear for the Bangladesh bowlers to exploit on the final day. Kudos to their bowlers who bowled in good stations and gained the rewards.

Pakistan’s trouble against quality spin bowling came to the fore once again. In hindsight, Pakistan’s statement call cost them. They had to bat the visitors out of the game. There’s little margin for error at this equal. Bangladesh pounced on the opportunity and closed the doors for the crowds in this game. We hope you enjoyed our care. STUMPS! The light has begun to fade and is absent, and the umpires call it stumps. It was an excellent couple of sessions for Pakistan. From 16/3, they have bailed themselves out massively, and all thanks to Shakeel and Ayub, they end Day 1 on a high. Earlier, we lost an entire session due to a wet outfield. The ground staff worked mightily to get the ground ready, and despite losing a sitting, we got a lot of good stuff to the timepiece.

Bangladesh used the new ball brilliantly as they became three wickets confidential in the first ten overs. Shakeel and Ayub then negotiated the swing and hung around as long as possible. Once the ball got old, they counted runs briskly. Ayub scored a fine fifty before he fell. Shakeel, too, edged the ball a couple of times but got lucky. Rizwan and Shakeel are now batten for Pakistan, and with their extended tail, we feel they can shape on Day 1.

Pakistan National Cricket Team Vs Bangladesh National Cricket Team Matches Highlights Day 2

Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel knocked vivid centuries to leader Pakistan to an impressive 448-6 declared before Bangladesh shut Thursday’s second day on 27-0 in Rawalpindi.

Rizwan’s undefeated 171 was his Test best and third century in the format, though Shakeel’s 141 was equally polished as the duo raised Pakistan from a precarious 16-3 on Wednesday.

Bangladesh corkscrews Shadman Islam was 12 and Zakir Hasan on 11, negotiating 12 overs of pace without any problem as the Rawalpindi stadium pitch has not aided bowlers as foretold.

Bangladesh had lacked Pakistan on the back foot on day one. Still, Shakeel repaired the innings with Saim Ayub (56) through a 98-run fourth wicket stand before another 240 runs were added for the next with Rizwan as Pakistan blunted Bangladesh’s attack.

Rizwan, who hit three sixes and 11 limits in a 239-ball knock, added a rapid 44 with Shaheen Shah Afridi, who smacked two sixes and a boundary in a sweltering 29 not out.

Pakistan will hope the wicket starts playing tricks, or it could also be hard work for them in the arena. They’ll initially hope for a couple of wickets to put the visitors under pressure. Bangladesh, on the other hand, imagines its hitters to make the most of the conditions. Join us for Day 3, the act begins at 10.15 AM IST (4.45 AM GMT). Till then, goodbye and take maintenance!

That’s an excellent mini-session for the visitors! They would be dearly hoping to finish the day without behind a wicket, and they have done so! The conditions are thought-provoking for the bowlers, but praise to Bangladesh’s corkscrews; they were hard and totaled when the opportunity came; however, there’s a lengthy method to go as they motionless pathway by over 400.
